Blonde in a black lace mini skirt and strappy heels by a fountain in sheer dark pantyhose

Friends, a blonde in a black top and a lace mini skirt stands in front of a fountain in sheer dark pantyhose and strappy heels, I am making a wish! Her legs are the best water feature in town. Strappy heels add that final polish. Please toss me in the fountain.
