I was scrolling through event photos when I spotted Kelsea Ballerini in pantyhose and immediately stopped to admire the look. She has a lovely smile and her blonde hair falls straight past a pink satin mini dress with a cute black bow. The sheer black pantyhose really highlight the shape of her legs as she stands there.
