I have to admit that Paris Hilton in pantyhose caught my eye the moment I saw this photo. Her blonde hair falls softly around a black lace blouse and that bold wavy skirt. The black opaque tights make her legs look sleek and give the whole look a neat finish. She stands with a slight turn in black platform heels, wearing a calm downward glance. As a fan I would probably trip over my own feet trying to compliment her styling without sounding like a walking fashion brochure. That photo is a very polished little fashion moment.
